Our cat sitting is built around in-home drop-in visits, once or twice a day to suit your cat's routine: meals served on time, litter tray freshened, medication given if needed, and fuss or play dispensed strictly on your cat's terms. Every visit ends with a WhatsApp photo update, so the holiday photos flow in both directions.

A genuine cattery alternative
For most cats, a cattery stay begins with a car journey they hate and continues in a pen full of unfamiliar smells, strange noises and other cats within earshot. Some cope; many simply endure it. Cared for at home instead, your cat keeps everything that makes them feel secure — their territory, their routine, their favourite sleeping spots and their usual food served at the usual time.
There is no stressful journey, no cage and no exposure to animals they do not know. You are spared the practicalities too: no carrier-wrestling at dawn before the airport run, and nothing to drop off or collect. We simply let ourselves in, care for your cat and leave your home exactly as we found it.

What happens at every visit
Every drop-in visit is a focused twenty minutes built entirely around your cat's normal routine.
We serve meals and fresh water exactly as you have instructed, clean the litter tray, and give medication where needed. Then comes the good bit: play, brushing and affection on your cat's terms — and if yours prefers to supervise proceedings from the top of the wardrobe, that is fine too. Shy cats are never forced out of hiding; we will quietly make sure they are safe and well and let them be. Some of our longest-standing clients have nervous or elderly cats who would find a cattery hardest of all — gentle, unhurried visits in their own home suit them perfectly.
Before we leave, you will get a WhatsApp update with photos, so you always know your cat has been seen, fed and fussed over. Visits can be booked once or twice daily — morning, evening or both — to match how your cat lives.
Home security while you are away
A cat sitter who calls in every day is also a quiet guardian for your home, and we take that part of the job seriously.
On each visit we can switch lights on or off, open and draw the curtains, put the bins out and bring parcels and post inside — the small touches that keep a house looking lived-in. Our vehicle is deliberately unmarked, because a sign-written pet-care van parked on your drive would tell the whole street that nobody is home. It would be good advertising for us, but a poor deal for you.
Your keys are looked after just as carefully: tagged with a code rather than your name or address, and we only ever carry the keys we need that day.

Cat Sitting FAQs
Most healthy adult cats do well with one visit a day, while kittens, older cats and cats on medication are usually happier with two. We offer morning and/or evening visits, so we can build the right pattern together. For an honest look at the limits, see our guide to how long you can leave a cat alone.
No — we do not offer overnight stays or boarding. Our service is drop-in visits once or twice a day, which suits the vast majority of cats, and our home-security touches — lights, curtains, bins and parcels — keep the house looking occupied in between.
Before any first booking we visit you at home, free of charge and without obligation, to meet your cat, walk through their routine and complete some simple paperwork, including your vet's details in case of emergency. It is also when we sort out keys and answer anything you want to ask.
Yes — drop-in visits run on public holidays and over Christmas at a higher rate, shown on our price list. Peak dates are limited, so it is always worth asking early.
