For longer outings, the waymarked Kingfisher Way follows the Ivel right through town — head north and the trail leads towards Sandy, south and you're bound for Langford. Just outside town, the river path out to Jordans Mill at Broom makes a lovely, easy loop of around four miles, turning at the historic Victorian flour mill.
